In-depth: AVR32 Studio Software Framework
In this in-depth episode, Technical Marketing Engineer Jesse Hunter give you a quick intro presentation to the AVR32 Software Framework. Then, we show you how to build an example project, how to create your own project using driver templates, and finally how to merge two projects.
Hardware used is the JTAGICEmkII and te EVK1101 evaluation board for UC3.
All software can be downloaded for FREE from http://www.atmel.com/products/AVR32
Note that the examples are valid for all AVR32 target boards and parts, so you dont have to own the EVK1101 to find this episode useful.

I really enjoy the simplicity of the AVRs (in how to interface with them). I plan on gaining experience with the AVR32s and am glad to see that that simplicity is retained.

Nice presentation. To get the example to run with a new EVK1101 I had to “Chip Erase” from the JTAG MkII right click.

Great introduction, thanks very much.
OT: Does anybody knows why AVTTV updates form iTunes are not available for all countries? I’m trying to subscribe from an Argentinian account, and it’s not possible. Woul it be great if it can be world-wide,
Thanks!
